Wow it’s been so long since I updated this thing. I’m really sorry guys! Lots has happened since I’ve been away - I’ve lost a job, been unemployed, got a super-awesome girlfriend, got a pretty cool new job, traveled to Germany, and moved into the Mission district in San Francisco. All in that order, too. Anyway, it’s time to get back to drawing. Here is a naked person from a life drawing session.

Hey, are you a student at McGill? If yes, can you direct me to some Art courses offered at McGill? I couldn't really find any on the website other than the History of Art. Are painting/drawing courses even offered there? Thanks :)

Awesome! I'm not entirely sure how to go about this, but I was wondering if I would be allowed to use that particular piece for my first tattoo? I completely understand if you say no -- but I wanted to at least try and get permission instead of just forging ahead. If not, I can always try my hand at sketching something out myself :-) Either way, I love that piece -- you did amazing on it!

First of all, I’m really flattered that you like my drawing enough to get it put on your body permanently. Second of all, it means so much to me that you took the time to ask my permission first. It would have been really easy to just take it in to a shop and get it done, so thanks for that!

You are more than welcome to bring this picture in to a tattoo artist, I only have 2 conditions for you doing so:

Take it to a licensed, talented tattoo artist. That drawing wasn’t meant to be a tattoo originally, and a talented tattoo artist will be able to rework it with the appropriate level of detail and positioning to fit on a three dimensional canvas (your body) instead of a flat piece of paper.
Post a picture of the finished piece! I want to see how the finished product turns out, I’m super excited that someone wants some of my artwork on their body.

Other than those two stipulations, go nuts!
